National Stadium, Warsaw The new stadium will have a seating capacity of 58,145. Its construction started in 2008 and is to finish in November 2011. The national stadium is due to host the opening match (a group match), remaining 2 group matches, a quarterfinal, and a semifinal of the UEFA Euro 2012
City Stadium in Poznan Is a football stadium in Poznań, Poland. It is the home ground of Lech Poznań and Warta Poznań. It has a league capacity of 43,269. Stadium was originally built between 1986-1980. In the years 2003 - 2010 stadium underwent a complete reconstruction including build of four new stands.The stadium is also one of the designated venues for the finals of Euro 2012. It will be used only for group stage matches. Three of them (all in Group C) are to be played here.

The stadium is expected to house the local side FC Karpaty Lviv.Construction works began on November 20, 2008 and were been completed by October 2011. The stadium will host three group-stage games during the Euro 2012 tournament. According to the official project, the stadium will have an approximate all-seated capacity of 34,915.
